The rooms were nice and roomy beds comfy!! Staff was nice!!!

The Reef Bar and Grill was a plus and the surrounding area (Tiki Vibe)

Security especially around the pool area. The intoxicated guests made it a bit uncomfortable for guests with families.

The water in the shower was warm.

The the place was sketchy. The door jam to the room looked like it had been busted into and was poorly fixed. The door didn’t close without much force. There was a gap under the door, probably 1/2 inch, letting light, keeping the room very humid. The room had an air conditioner that was very loud even with earplugs. I got up in the middle of the night to make sure my car was still there.

the mattress was old and both my partner and I had bad sleeps our whole stay. it was slightly collapsed on one side.

The pool was big and I liked the tiki torches motif. The housekeepers were nice. The nice maintenance guy helped carry our bags upstairs. The girl at check out was nice too.

Greeting at the check in was confrontational, and I did not appreciate the lack of communication with the arrangements I made over the phone with Dustin, who was wonderful, helpful and professional. The front desk clerk insinuated I was lying about my reservations and insisted I pay an extra $50.00 fee for upgrading my room. It was finally worked out but it should not have been an unpleasant conversation and put a damper on the experience. The room did not have the air conditioner on when we arrived so my pet was miserable and it took until late evening to cool down to be able to sleep! I would like to have a refund on the pet fee please. It was 100 degrees, top floor which I paid for as the upgrade? The air conditioner itself was blocked by a wall (room 221) so the air did not flow into the bedroom but stayed by the bathroom, which was very small. We had to go to the pool to tolerate the heat. This is a dangerous situation for pets and people who are not accustomed to the desert heat.

Pool and hot tub were awesome!!. The Reef bar was great. Good tiki decor and the painkiller was really good. Had dinner the mexican restaurant there and it was really good too. The grounds were clean and tiki statues everywhere. Great stay!!!!

TV programming limited (no on demand, no apps). Some confusion with service...minor. Lighting is a little low. Walls are thin. Door seal poor. Plumbing is old.

ABSOLUTLY LOVED THE OLDTIME FEEL!! THE BEDS AND PILLOWS WERE AMAZING. THE REST OF THE ROOM NEEDS UPDATING. WOULD STAY AGAIN FOR SURE. BOTH RESTAURANTS HAD EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. OUR SERVER RICHIE WAS AMAZING!!

Absolutely wonderful time! Hot tub was fantastic! We enjoyed both The Reef Bar and Sancho’s for food and cocktails. Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Great AC. Perfect for our anniversary weekend :) We loved the tropical theme and had so much fun!

location, pool, restaurant and bar, our room had an attached sitting area which gave good space for three people.

beds uncomfortable and squeaky when you get up or down, room needs sprucing up like the old bathroom door sticks, refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. very loud maintenance noises next door going on into the evening so we had to go to front desk and complain. each day that we did, they stopped but it was too much.

Liked the the theme of the hotel. We didn't have time to use the pool. :(

The room being a little darker, at 7:00 a.m. would of been nice.

Staff was nice and pool area was cool.

I did not like the fact that the paint from the bathroom was chipping off and the room felt humid and had a weird smell also the bed was to squeaky.
