Very convenient to Logan; comfortable beds.

The room was tiny and the bathroom had very low ceilings, especially in the shower, which explains the presence of hair on the ceiling. A line of mildew greeted us in the bathroom wall. Our room faced a very busy highway and it was extremely hard to sleep. We won’t be back.

The staff was nice.

Bathtub was super slippery and both my kids fell in the shower, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I saw mold on the ceiling.

The employees are very nice, always ready to help you, I want to say thanks specifically to Blanca and Yolanda, both girls work at the breakfast and they are adorable, thanks so much

Best breakfast in 3 weeks of our round-trip. There was a small fitness room and an outdoor swimming pool.

The place was next to the highway and the windows were not keeping out all the noise of the road. For the price charged, there should be made some investments in this. Also the room was really small, we could hardly get in all three our suitcases.

Room was clean, breakfast had warm and cold options. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay again. There is also a pool.

The gym was a little warm but think of it as a hot workout and burning more calories 😁

The hotel is on the highway, so it is very noisy. Very inconvenient entrance/exit. In 3 days stay no garbage was taken from the room or towels changed.

Room was clean. Staff is very polite and welcoming, resolved all my questions very fast. Breakfast was good too. The location is reasonable, but see below. Internet was fast and stable. The TV is big and nice. It's 15-20min taxi ride from the airport.

Rooms are not soundproof enough. Anyone walking or talking outside the door can be heard as clear and loud as if they're inside the room. Same goes for showers and flushing toilet. Windows cannot be opened, so you're stuck with twiddling AC unit cold/warm modes to make some air flow. The location is very car-centric, there are no shuttles, buses, or trains nearby. Sidewalks are there, but they're basically by an effective freeway.

Room cleaning was not done on the second day. But they are generous enough to give us new towels at our request. Breakfast was a plus.

The two employees working when I checked in made me want to return. They were friendly and helpful, extremely informative and efficient. They arranged parking, the taxi for the next morning, told us about breakfast and encouraged us to go and helped us pick a takeout for the evening. Absolutely excellent service.

The next morning there was a different person working. Our flight was leaving until 4 so I asked if it was possible to have a later checkout. She responded no. No explanation, no checking the computer to see if they could accommodate it, just a blunt rude no. Staffing makes all the difference.
