The property was beautiful and located directly across from the Galleria. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’ll always want to stay here while I’m in Dallas.

Staff was very nice
Where do I start? My room was heavily scented and even so I smelled cigarette smoke. it was evident that whoever stayed in the room before me had smoked. The phone in my room didn’t work. Maintenance had to be called. The hand towels were damp. Either they were used and not replaced or they never got dry. I also prepaid my room but they wanted to charge an occupancy tax after the fact.

Pretty lobby and bar area if you like the trendy Hotel Lobby- Vibe.
They nickel and dime you for everything after paying a couple hundred for your room and $75 incidentals for one night they will charge you $20 to park, $20 for breakfast per person. Also, their blankets and pillows are the worst, I woke up in a puddle of sweat and it’s the summer time in Texas .

Staff was friendly.
The entrance was not clean. Parking was an additional cost that was not expected. I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel that I paid to stay at. The hotel was very loud and did not allow for restful sleep.

The establishment is beautiful. The room looks nice. The staff were also nice.
It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed at the hotel. Each time I’ve stated, there has always been an elevator down. So you will spend a good 10-15 minutes waiting for the only other elevator to arrive. The beds are hard as well. The bar/restaurant closed early due to staff not showing up. They also did not have any Valet, yet have the audacity to want you to pay $20 a day or more depending upon how often you leave and return.
