Accessible location, very close to Opryland and the airport. Nice spacious room. Functioning elevator. The lady who checked us in was awesome, very knowledgable of the facility, friendly and welcoming.

Carpets could stand a deep cleaning. Higher water pressure in the room would be nice esp when multiple water supplies (e.g. two faucets) are being used at the same time. Don't pressure guests to attend the sales pitch; stating "not interested" once should suffice. The sales pitch team needs to get current on local eateries as some dining establishments suggested were closed.

Thought the size of the living room would have been a little bigger. A few of the furnishings in the room were chipped and peeling.

Was very nice and clean and multiple pools to choose from

The outside patio has spiders and webs all over the place so I couldn’t enjoy sitting out there The Bed was like sleeping on plywood.. very VERY Hard This part isn’t anyone’s fault but I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and I had to kill the biggest spider I’ve ever seen then I couldn’t go back to sleep… huge fear of spiders lol

The two bedroom was spacious, clean, close to a lot of attractions, about 15 mins from downtown and overall served our needs well.

Time share disguised as a Concierge service. We attempted to get tickets through the service and Ashley stated they only had tickets if we would sit through their time share presentation. That didn't sit well with us at all, it felt like a scheme. Besides that not the fault of the property someone was smoking in another room in the building and set off the fire alarm at 430a the night before out 14 hour drive home.
