Breakfast had good selection for carnivores and a couple of items for vegetarians. Coffee machine was impressive, but uses cow milk.

Plant milk and fruit selections would help vegetarians/vegans eat a full breakfast.

Location was good. Hard to get into because of construction. Also hard to get into because you could only access from the west. Breakfast was cold more often than hot. One morning the only thing left was dry cereal.

There were not washcloths. We had to go to Target to get them. The front desk clerk did not pick up the phone. It was difficult to find someone at the front counter in the evening. The restaurant kept us waiting for food for over 45 minutes the first night we got there. They were training a new cook and he could only work on one dish at a time. Cold food. Hamburgers that were med rare. We asked for well. We were afraid to send food back because we didn't know how long the cook would take the second time. Housekeeping was in our room the night before we left to empty trash and give us clean sheets and towels.

Front desk and breakfast staff very friendly

Old. Curtains old and dirty looking. Carpet old. Damp cold feeling in the whole room. I realize it was a pet friendly room but I am sure nothing had been updated at all since being built. Also didn’t feel really safe due to security locks being old and area was behind main hotel and felt secluded.

The Bed.

The food was cold and the tub was dirty and the hallway stunk and we had some change and they took it And the vending machine did not work But when my husband told them about the change they said that was not their problem and there was nothing they could do about it. It would I've been all right if it would have been just a little bit of change but it was quite a bit. But the beds were very comfortable. The freezer was really dirty it had black stuff all over in it it was basically disgusting I will never stay there again I've never heard of cold food I used to clean for Best Western in Sidney Nebraska and we never left the bathroom tub that dirty.

We always enjoy our stay! They offer a full breakfast too? They also have a new toy: an espresso machine at the main entrance!

Pillows could use an upgrade but everything was great!

Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Poor in and out parking.

The breakfast was great, area kept clean and well stocked.

The room smelled like a wet rug, very musty.
