Breakfast was good.

Very clean, excellent staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The pool water was warm.
We had a handicap room on the 3rd floor. It was waaaaaaaayyyyyyy too far to get to from the elevator. Walking is an issue for us. Also, ice and pop was only available on the 2, 4 & 6 floors. Again, inconvenient. Grandkids came to visit and use the pool. Not enough seating around the pool, and NO Hooks on the walls for bags, towels, etc. The pool water was warm, however it was a bit cloudy. The chemicals should be checked. Sounds like a lot we didn't like, but most of these are only suggestions for improvement. Those with mobility issues need to be close to elevator!

Pool was nice and warm, although a bit small. The hot breakfast was nice.
Not happy that they overbooked so that I did not get the type of room I reserved. They were not real apologetic about that either. They should honor their reservations as is and not overbook. Also didn’t like that housekeeping will only come in once every 5th day of your stay unless requested. That’s too long.

I felt my car was safe for my entire trip away. Staff was super friendly. I could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The driver was there to drop me off and pick me up from the airport. No issues at all.

The room was comfortable and clean.
The keys didn't work and we waited to get into the room. The staff couldn't get into the room and we went to another room. After we were in that room and left at one point, we I couldn't get the key to work again. My husband had to let me back in twice.

We weren't stocked all the way when we got there with toilet paper. And with the kids we needed stocked.

The breakfast was great, the staff did a good job of keeping it stocked when it got really busy. Hotel was clean.
Our second night, the key didn’t work. We had to go down to the desk 3 times because the keys they kept giving us didn’t work. They called maintenance, but wr waited about 10+ minutes for them to get there and we had to go to the desk again and ask for help because they didn’t so. Sure enough, they came immediately after the 5th time and got us in. It was just frustrating cause we were tired and ready to relax and it seemed like it was more trouble than it needed to be to get us a working key. Also, the main light in our room did not work. We tried flipping it on as soon as he checked in and realized it was broken. Hopefully we aren’t charged for that.

The choice of body wash & shampoo yall use was great. Not cheap
Better advertisement online with photos. The pool was really small and the area was really dark and dirty looking . The breakfast staff putting food out could of been more friendlier and out spoken when breakfast was ready. . Idc machine where I was at was not working so had to go to other side of hotel and floor to get ice
