Drainage was slow

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a working heater in the room that was great for the cold nights. There was ample storage space for our belongings and to spread out. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo with good water pressure.

I wish there were extra blankets in the room. We forgot to ask for them during our stay, but one more blanket would have made the cold night warmer. It didn't seem like the light switches were connected to any of the room lights either.

Breakfast like it was advertised

Front desk wasn’t kind from the second we checked in. told us we looked like we like to party and that if they heard us being loud they’d bang on the floor with a broom stick. (we were on second level) got scolded for walking to loud at about 1pm. found a baby bottle with old milk underneath my bed. when I told the front desk she didn’t do anything and just asked if we wanted our room cleaned. (would’ve liked it to be cleaned before I checked in.. lol) spent almost $400 for 2 nights. won’t be coming back.

Price.

Thin walls, terrible creaky bed, seedy loud guests, room not properly cleaned, safe broken, no hangers, no blanket, tiny TV, fridge runs very loudly, unfinished renovations, cracked mirror, no sitting chair, etc. I took pics of it. Not good.

staff wasn’t very friendly. arrived at room, appeared to be clean, husband noticed visible mail clippings on the floor. at night visible small roaches crawling around. bed was very uncomfortable. I am not a picky person but I wanted to share my experience being reviews and price is how I pick where I am going to stay, the reviews I read unfortunately did not compare to the actual room we ended up with.

the king room is way more comfortable than a double bed room.. the bed is so much softer and helpful staff

The rudeness of the owner

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Staff was helpful with my questions. Location was wonderful.

It is a cheap hotel. We just wanted to spend one evening downtown, which was really close by foot. For that it was perfect. The rest was really just basic but ok for one night. It was clean and tidey.

It is cheap, so don`t expect to much. Some of the devices were broken, for example the safe or the A/C did not work. It is really close to the highway, so in case you are noise sensitive during the day, it might not be the best place in case you want so spend some time outside at the pool.
