Good rate, quite location, clean and friendly staff.
Probable air-conditioning is too lough and noisy.
Front stuff was too busy and forgot to bring us towers requested.

The location is great ... right on the west hill. Easy access. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well designed.
- Internet speed: best download speed 257 mbps; upload 140 mbps.
- A LOT of mechanical noise (room was beside the air exchange unit; motor or A/C unit must be on the roof above)
- "Hot" setting in bathroom sink lacked both volume and temperature. Shower was better.
- Lower receptacle in duplex electrical outlet to the left of King bed didn't work.
- Fire alarm in the room (lights and noise) went off at 22:30
- Everything was generally clean, but there were long hairs on the toilet tank and floor in the bathroom.
- There were bugs in the unit. Harmless, I think. But not what one expects in a decent hotel.

I liked that breakfast was included with your stay, and it was located walking distance from a bunch of stores. Staff was generally friendly.
I disliked that when entering our room it was 45° and took two days to cool back down to a reasonable temperature. The bathroom light would also randomly go out and only two of the bulbs where in the light fixture to begin with. The bed was ok, not great. The sink was heavily scratched and stained. There was air in the waterline so flushing the toilet or turning on the taps was always a loud "fun" experience. During our stay the elevator bulbs starting burning out and took nearly 3 days to fix - you'd be riding to your floor in almost pitch black. Our digital lock on our door died so we unable to enter our room until they could find batteries to change it. generally not the cleanest, not the dirtiest either.

Staff. I was simply a transaction. Never greeted. Never thanked. Never a query on my comfort or satisfaction.

There was lot of insects in the light fixtures in rhe bathroom. Carpet didn't look very clean.

problem with the tv in first room assigned. had to change rooms but staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Staff are helpful and friendly.
Bed too small 1st room. The Heater was not on yet when we got in. Heather is a fireplace (the old ones). We were transfer after a few hours as room as not enough heat on the room. Sink is clog. Complimentary Breakfast is a joke.

the staff was nice and good location
it was old and it had a lot of guy workers there and they were noisy and the staff did nothing woke me up and was hard to sleep with the noise was an old hotel

The bathtub tap leaked and the sink didn't drain properly.

Everything looks worn and seems to be falling apart. Even the front door didn’t work. Serious maintenance needed.

I was able to book the last room with your website
With someone that has dust allergies, I found it hard to sleep in the room. I don't know it was cause of the rugs and fabric of the sofa.... but I had to take my allergy pills every 2 hours.
Leaving the hotel was not an option as we arrived late and both drivers were exhausted

First put in an occupied room then the phone wouldn't stop ringing then the exhaust pipe fell off the aircon and almost smothered us. The day shift staff just said oops bad day for u

Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, shower curtain was in tatters, it would be nice if the rate per pet per night were posted on Booking's listing
