The pools and breakfast.

Clean and modern.
The pool and hot tub area were too small for the amount of people. Breakfast ended early and the food was not replenished. Front counter staff were not very friendly.

The included breakfast and the coffee were tasty.
The rooms were clean and modern.
The pool area has a small water slide and gets very noisy and busy. Parking is a bit sparse and you may need to squeeze into tight spots.

Staffs very courteous and make me feel home,
Rowena in the kitchen is very courteous, as well as all the staff in the reception area.

The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great for everyone. Staff was friendly. And the morning breakfast was good.

The staff very professional and polite. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable.
The swimming pool had lots of water on the edge and was dangerous to walk around.

Loved the layout and lighting of the room, felt open, clean and comfy! Reception staff were quick to find us a cart for our luggage when we arrived, checked us in early and were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Super comfortable bed and I enjoyed the lighting that was available in the room. staff was fantastic.
The water pressure I. shower wasn’t the greatest. took a while to rinse out shampoo and conditioner.
Breakfast was limited and pancake machine was not working.

The Holiday Inn Express North in Red Deer was close to relatives we were visiting. When we arrived, Booking.com had not informed the hotel of our reservation, but fortunately we had the confirmation to show them. The staff was very courteous with us.
Booking.com could have followed through and made our reservation with the hotel so that our reception would have been quicker and smoother.
