Ice machines were out of ice, very noisy and could hear everything, and restaurant food not good.

Love the location and the staff

Our room was HOT and the air didn't seem to keep up very well and the location of the AC unit was not center of the room of which made it even harder to cool. The restaurant by the pool was not at all kiddo friendly and didn't have any accessibility for the kiddos, no high chair only high top tables on patio, unless we wanted to eat on the wicker couch with no table.. would love to see this altered to tailer families as well! FOOD WAS DELICIOUS THOUGH 😋 Parking after 5pm is almost non existent and you'll find yourself parking very far away from the hotel, but overall we loved the location for our family!

Direct access to the beach and the hotel provides beach towels and chairs that you can borrow. There are two pools on property, which is also nice. The staff are helpful. The rooms are well designed and provide all things you need.

The noise level at night was totally unacceptable. The loud music coming from the nearby bar was awful.
