Front desk night shift employee was not supportive

Beautiful room, nice staff.
Lower prices at the restaurants. They used to be more reasonably priced.

5.0
Location of the hotel.
I like the the other hotels were in walking distance
I thought the bed was comfortable
Parking dirty, elevators was old and dirt
For the amount of money spent I should not have to ask if I could have room cleaned or bed made
Wall paper in the room was old and dirty

Very outdated hotel and our toilet kept overflowing. The resort did take off the resort fees for the inconvenience which was very nice.

The casino was super fun and this place has a ton of promise.
Every bit of the facility was dirty. There were parts of the carpet that are literally being held up by ductape. Every area including the room had a musty smell. I expect that in a casino but you can tell the carpets haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The sage room was pricey for food that was terrible but it was nice that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. That was very convenient. It would also be nice if there was a welcome letter with info like the wifi details and amenities to take advantage of.

location
small room, needed updating
5.0
Availability and closeness to activities.
Was overpriced even taking into consideration that it was a holiday weekend with events on site.
The whole complex is outdated and in need of a renovation. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. Only 1 electrical outlet in the room, difficult to charge phones

Love that venue was right outside lobby entrance! Outdoor Arena is the best place for a concert!
I was a little disappointed that for $600/night there was no refrigerator in the room.

At check in we were given a room on the pet friendly floor (did not have a pet) and found the room still dirty (8:30 pm). Had to carry all luggage back down to front desk, no apology from staff.
Lounges at pool were broken, no umbrellas, bartender did not know what she was doing.
Convenient stay to see the concert.

I like the location. Unfortunately, when I check in, the other person is in the room, which is dangerous. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower was full of hair. Over price for what they offer.

location
Hotel needs upkeep, paint missing from doors in hall, duct tape on carpet on in room. Carpet in hall needed vacuuming. No human available for check in, parking was $30 a day. Used app to order food from a restaurant in hotel, was charged pick up fee even though I walked to the restaurant to pick up, gratuity included without choice of amount. Dog in next room barked a great deal. No frig in room. Out of order slot machines on casino floor.

the casino looks ran down, it’s not worth the price I paid for room. the lack of service at restaurants and bars. no drink runners while gambling. no breakfast place yo eat In casino. the dueling piano people can’t sing, ruined the songs! Harvey’s needs yo get their act together!

location is nice but extra fees were astronomical!
resort fee price, valet fee for everyday.
No easy room service that would cost you extra. What happened to plain old room service?!

The room needs renovation. Iron wasn't working, so I couldn't adjust the shower head. The tv kept going in and out.

Very good location within close proximity to all the attractions. And fun to have the casino right downstairs!
There was a strong smell of smoke that I didn’t care for, and it wasn’t just in the casino. The smell carried throughout.
