Location of the hotel. I like the the other hotels were in walking distance I thought the bed was comfortable

Parking dirty, elevators was old and dirt For the amount of money spent I should not have to ask if I could have room cleaned or bed made Wall paper in the room was old and dirty

Very outdated hotel and our toilet kept overflowing. The resort did take off the resort fees for the inconvenience which was very nice.

The casino was super fun and this place has a ton of promise.

Every bit of the facility was dirty. There were parts of the carpet that are literally being held up by ductape. Every area including the room had a musty smell. I expect that in a casino but you can tell the carpets haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The sage room was pricey for food that was terrible but it was nice that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. That was very convenient. It would also be nice if there was a welcome letter with info like the wifi details and amenities to take advantage of.

Was overpriced even taking into consideration that it was a holiday weekend with events on site. The whole complex is outdated and in need of a renovation. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. Only 1 electrical outlet in the room, difficult to charge phones
