The price was the best in the St. Augustine area. it’s close to the Outlets and not very far from downtown and the beach.

It needs some vending machines that work. You have to leave to get a soda or a snack. No breakfast at all, not even a light continental one offered.

The staff was friendly and it was pretty centralized to all areas we were traveling to.

The person who cleaned our room only cleaned half. The floors were pretty nasty/dirty. Got jiffy feet almost immediately.

Green mold in the bathroom .....and a guy nocked once and opened my door with a room entry card. ..The noise was bad all night.... I couldn't get a receipt at checkout.

I didn’t like that it really wasn’t clean and the fact that the front desk kept calling me telling me my dog was barking… we would only be gone a few hrs with out them. but yet ur a pet friendly hotel … really!!!

Only 10-15 minute drive to historic downtown.

I booked two rooms. At check-in each room had to be paid separately. One of the rooms I was charged twice and had to spend an hour on the phone between red roof corporate and my bank to get it sorted out. Corporate said they only charged it once however money was pulled from my account twice. After getting off the phone with corporate I called my bank. After almost 30 minutes they said that the money was put back into my account because red roof reversed the charges. When I walked back in to complete the transaction for the second room and I told the front desk attendant that the charges were reversed by corporate she called me a liar and said that they never charged twice. I attempted to pull up my account from my bank to show her the reversal and she said she did not need to see it because they didn’t reverse it and that I needed to stop making things up. When we finally got to our rooms later that night and I went to get a shower the bathtubs were backed up very little pressure and barely no hot water. Get out of the shower and the leftovers that we brought back from dinner we’re completely covered in ants. On our second afternoon after having a busy morning we came back to the rooms to lay down and relax for a few hours before heading back out. Only to have housekeeping walk in on my son at 6:30 at night. they knocked on the door he thought it was me he yelled out to give him a minute and then they just walked in and said oh sorry and then turned around and walked back out with no explanation to what was going on. Neither of our remotes would work front desk did not have replacement remotes or batteries to put into them. we ended up having to buy our own batteries so we could have some television while we were in the rooms. Also apparently they have a large group of men who are staying here from what I am assuming is a construction crew or something along those lines. So on Saturday and Sunday they were at the property all day.

I was with my family and there were people drunk outside laying on the pavement and the room smelled like people had been doing drugs in it. And the lady at the desk was also pretty rude.
