Its basic but fine

It’s close to Main Street and has free parking.

The rooms were very basic. The hair dryer was really dated and the toiletries provided were terrible. There was hair on one of the towels on arrival and a small blood stain on the bed sheets.

Our Stay at Hyannis Comfort Inn was very good.

If you are using the ferry to go to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, you can walk from the hotel to the ferry. The hotel is also close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good, with several options. The room was comfortable, and the TV was large and and worked well. The air conditioner worked good, as well.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The location and breakfast with stay. The pool was awesome

Location is good ,close to everything,restaurants,stores,ferry .

They gave us ground level room. Smell of the ground floor was bad ,toilet had a minor leak.

it was very nice, close to main st. shops

free breakfast was convenient. room was big and comfortable. Balcony was very nice.

The bed were comfortable. The main room was ok.

Shower was very disapointing., Very outdated tub shower. Extremly poor shower pressure.

The breakfast was awful. Powered eggs, i Only applies for fruit. Limited choices. Waffle machine didn’t work. Toaster didn’t toast the bread.

overall we had a great stay can’t express enough about the super comfy room and bed was so soft and cozy

Rooms are large,clean ,comfortable bed . Close to Main street restaurants and shops. Close to ferry’s.

Disappointing

room was nice

pool area was very cold, didnt seem like the heated pool was working correctly. was part of the whole plan of bringing my kids there for a night would have been nice if i was informed there was hockey teams all there and i was placed in the center room in the hallway middle of everyone tv service is awful sorry.

A good hotel that I have returned to many times.

Clean and comfortable room exactly as in the pictures. The spa is very good and has a great temperature.

The corridors that give access to the pool are extremely cold, as well as the lounge where the pool is located, it is difficult to enjoy in the winter a huge pool as it also has weak heating, which leaves the pool water very cold and the lounge where it is located is even colder.

Have been staying at this hotel for several years. Have always enjoyed our stays.

Room was clean and comfortable. Our grandson had access to the indoor pool and that was helpful during the brief rain we had. Breakfast staff was extremely helpful, as were other staff members.

One negative point is that the vent in the bathroom did not work. Forgot to mention it to the front desk.

Location is excellent.

Road repairs/ construction underway. The jackhammers started at 7:30 am both the 15th and 16th.

Good location close to the port, the transportation centre and the main street of Hyannis. Some decent options for breakfast.

The hotel was quite cold. There was a good heater in the room but it was quite chilly elsewhere. There was some staining on the bedding. The room we had looked onto a busy road but had no net curtain meaning that if we wanted some privacy, we had to keep the curtains shut.
