Heated pool
The people at the front desk were rude were made to wait to be checked I. When there were no other customers In line when we as hard what we were waiting for we were told there was a line so I just set there waiting for someone to check me in after 45 minutes the Lady at the front desk’s says how may I help you no other people were help even though told there was a line so I asked the lady at the front desk how much the deposit was and she’s says o don’t know why your asking me o knew this was not the place for people of color the room had hair all over it it was like all they did was change the bedding and stuck us in the dirtiest room they can find

Fab pool area & great food / bar
Rooms badly need updating & soundproofing!
A gap under the door & you can literally hear the conversation next door.
Windows were filthy but the view of the car park wasn’t great anyway.
Noisy plastic mattress covers on the single beds - we didn’t have very young children!

Great location. Really helpful staff. Loved the pool. Amazing massage therapists. Plenty of activities to participate in.
Could add to their menus. Still has old smell in the hallways.

The staff was amazing. Food was delicious. Always love the pool. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was a pleasant surprise and great to have a separate bedroom.
Door to bedroom wasn't hinged properly, so hard to open or close. A little surprised the bathroom was smaller in the suite but was still nice

Bed was very comfy. Room has a 2nd door exiting to parking lot, handy.
Staff seemed a little harried. Friend purchased champagne & snacks to drink delivered on Friday. Staff delivered it to an empty room by mistake then it took several hours to get it correctly delivered.
Hotel restaurant could have more selections, only offered a limited selection of mostly bar food.

Nice place to spend a few days away from it all. Great weather, good location, family-friendly place.

The pool and for the first time in my last my last 3 visits, our room was ready at or before 4:00 PM.
Besides the bed which is good, the other furniture in the room was terrible!

The retro vibe of this place is immaculate. Super cool and not seen very often.
500/night price tag and no swimming at night.

A spacious outdoor area around the pool made it a safe & comfortable place to relax & visit with family while enjoying the sunshine. Patio eating was both delicious and relaxing.
The rooms were smaller than Expected.

Food service not exemplary, kept having to ask for coffee, silverware, etc. there were minimal customers. Food was good
Sheets had old blood stain on it, should not be reused

centrally located. wonderful facilities with a great pool and gym nearly.
room was slightly on the smaller side, but cozy.

i liked the retro feeling in the room and the property
a few issues i had are
1. i could hear the people upstairs the whole floor would creek and it was loud
2. no one followed the rules of the pool i feel if i’m paying $350-$400 a night to be at a resort i should be able to have some peace and quite
3. i was charge an extra $30 over what i was told on booking.com for “extra fees”
4. the bathtub stopper didn’t fully function
5. the gentleman at check in was nice but the lady i spoke to earlier in the week hung up on me on the phone and the lady checking me out was rude because housekeeping checked me out before i made it to the front desk
6. the web order app in the pool did not work
7. house keeping was aggressively knocking starting 2 hours before check out even with the do not disturb sign out
8. a few doors stuck shut and i would have to shoulder my way out
9. the person working the food booth in the pool area denied to take a food order because the kitchen is closed til 2:30 and i was ordering at trying to order 2:26

huge pool and great restaurant on-site
The family suite could have been better furnished. Our room did not have any dressers. There was a just a small closet with some hangers for all our clothes. The twin beds were in a smaller separate bare room that didn’t have a TV or clock or phone or anything and just 1 outlet. it literally was just 2 twin beds in an empty room. the bathroom was also small for a family suite.

The pool is fantastic for kids
The blinds in the room didn't block the lights, over booked we got a small room though paid for the large room, was charged 5 times For over $1100 and took days to get it back. Food is not good unfortunately. I really wanted this to be amazing was a bummer.

fantastic retro vibe

The pool area was lovely although there really wasn't poolside service unless specifically ordered. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was a bit spartan, but quite pleasant. And although the hotel is a little bit out of downtown, there are decent restaurants and grocery stores etc. nearby. This hotel was recommended by travellers we had met earlier in our trip, who go there regularly. It was as it had been described, sort of resorty and fun.

Great style resort, perfect for a family get away, clean, well maintained, fabulous food. The costumer service was ok. we got charged twice for the restorable visit. The service in the restaurant is slow, mainly because there were not enough workers, but a lot of visitors.

loved the room and the 70’s throw back
the breakfast was not prepared and when I wen to the front desk for help I got the good old “we are not affiliated with the restaurant speech” so the night check in girl was very polite and nice
morning one hates her job and it showed
she is the reason for 2 stars
instead of trying to actually help me I got an attitude from her after having to deal with the breakfast ppl not even giving us any help after we referred manager dropped off food an never saw anyone again
didn’t even bring me a fruit bowl I asked for for my 2 year old

I love the room. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I loved the beds and the retro decor.
I did not like that they had no microwaves. No informative staff.

Quirky room style.
Very nice gym.
Nice expansive pool.
Good food in the hotel restaurant.
Crappy jacuzzi / hot tub. Jets anemic or don't work at all. A facility marketing itself with a "spa" in its name really should pay attention to the state of its only jacuzzi.
