Stunning location, lovely beach and relaxing pool. We stayed with our three year old who spent all day in the water and was very happy.
Get over to the other side of black rock for slightly calmer seas!
Unfortunately the ‘breakfast included’ was just a voucher to the onsite independent restaurant. The food was poor quality with limited options and the service was average. A real shame for the hotel that the biggest downside for us was the breakfast arranged by a third party provider. The Outrigger should arrange for its own buffet breakfast which would inevitably be much nicer. Our tip: Don’t book the included breakfast, just save your money and go to whalers village for something nicer.
There also could maybe be a bit more kids entertainment - even just some play equipment/swings in the garden

Beautiful garden. Relaxed atmosphere. Close to Whaler’s Village and on the beach. Excellent breakfast. Had cultural classes to learn more about the Hawaiian/Persian culture.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Room & Bed comfortable. Decent third party Restaurant on site called Maui Brewing Co. Try the Bananas Foster pancakes. Easy walk to black rock.
Small rooms, no kitchen, pool is worst I have seen at a resort.
