The keying system was down so we had to be escorted to our rooms if we exited and wanted to re-enter the room. Better communication between 3rd parties and the hotel.

It’s beautiful and clean

You have to walk awhile to your room and hotel didn’t have a rolling cart to put luggage on

The lobby was pretty and then beds were comfortable.

The room looked like it had been built in the 80’s, and then poorly remodeled. It looked and smelled old and dingy. The bathroom had been renovated, but the soap shelf was falling off the shower wall and there were spots of mildew. I would have been fine with all of that, except that the price of the room was around $250 per night! It felt more like a $125 per night type of place.

Great staff. Beautiful lobby. Suite was spacious

Suite did not have plates or extra cups for drinks. Suite bedroom A/C didn't work. It was ok though the one in the living room worked. The cold air reached the bedroom. The master bathroom needs Sheetrock fixed behind the door. You ceilings on the 6th floor need new tiling bc of water residue.

The foyer entrance is really nice and the bar but it didn’t match the rooms.

Shower was gross. Brown stains coming from the ceiling above the shower .there was hair when we arrived in the shower wall. The shower handles were very loose. The plastic of the shower side glass door was coming apart. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. The tile coming into the room some pieces were coming loose and you can tell it hasn’t been mopped in a while, same for elevators

Clean rooms. Man at front desk was awesome, polite, and very helpful. Warm, chocolate chip cookies for no charge at check in.

More handicapped parking needed. Too far for handicapped person to go with no parking. Hallways a maze and very warm.

Comfortable bed.

Location was somewhat close to a run down part of town. Also there was a fire alarm one night and we could not get the front desk to answer our calls. Next day we asked, no one had a clue.

Die Lage - viel zu dicht am Freeway und deshalb viel zu laut. Die Rezeption hatte keine Ohrenstöpsel- die bin ich nachts im Drugstore einkaufen gegangen Die Dusche war leider nicht besonders sauber.

The traffic noise!! It’s like I’m sitting on the highway all day and night. Room also cold. Barely got it above 65 for our two night stay. Limited food and no room service or free breakfast. Hotel feels old not like the double tree we usually stay in. Disappointed

I think we got over charged. We didn’t have a key card to get into our room until the last night, we had to be escorted to our room each time we arrived at the hotel because the key card machine was not working. I paid 500 for two nights, and didn’t even have a key card. Staff was also rude when we first arrived

Very clean

The staff was excellent and the pool was clean. The Doubletree cookies were good.

The first floor of the hotel reeked of marijuana although the whole place was supposed to nonsmoking. The ice machines were broken and the front desk told us this is normal. The beds were fine but in the morning I found bugs crawling on the sheets. I do not know if they were bedbugs because we did not get bitten. Next the restaurant was terrible. The food was old tasting or completely lacking in flavor. My husband ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and was given chicken fried steak and the sides (cheesy grits and collards) were tasteless, cold and were poorly rewarmed in the microwave. My Triptip sandwich was flavorless. In the morning we got a breakfast that was included and we got the fried egg sammies where the eggs was so overcooked they was crunchy and barely edible. Overall, just a disappointing experience for $247 for one night and even more disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel. I want to reiterate the staff at the desk and the waitstaff were very nice and tried to make things right.

The elevator and ice machine were out of order

Convenient to where I needed to go - purpose of trip. Reputable hotel name

The elevators were extremely slow arriving, and then during the ride. The walk to the main elevators were a little interesting having to take two to three turns and then walk down a long hallway.

Huge lobby. Restaurant and snacks on site.

No major negatives. Elevators are farther from lobby than expected.
