Location was excellent. Can't be better located

Breakfast was so poor. Store credit from the cafe which took forever to even get a coffee due to the lines and no seating arrangement. Heater in the room was not the best as well and beds lumpy.

La posizione centralissima su Times Square, la camera accogliente e sufficientemente ampia era situata al 26 piano con vista mozzafiato sui grattacieli, cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano e non per ultimo la colazione, assolutamente in linea con i nostri standard.

non c'è il minibar, quindi non ha i requisiti per essere un 4 stelle. non era disponibile la colazione in loco e ci hanno dato un buono da spendere in uno shop dentro l'Albergo. Non c'erano tavolini, quindi comprate le cose (dopo circa 20 minuti di fila, un solo barista) siamo andati a consumare in stanza, dove c'erano solo due sedie. per tutto il tempo ho fatto colazione in piedi e sporcando la stanza. anche la cena non era disponibile, solo un bar con dei piatti per lo più freddi. personale scortese. quando ho fatto presente queste situazioni mi hanno detto in maniera secca che non intendevano fare nulla. quelle erano le loro policy e che potevo andarmene (senza essere rimborsato o fargli scrivere dall'avvocato).

Great location. Hotel is clean and convenient. However, they did not restock our tea. I am a big tea drinker and called to have the tea restocked after the first night. No one came to do so despite saying they would.

Better attention to detail in the room. You saw the guest drank tea. You should have restocked it.

Great location on Broadway near many theatres. Nice comfy room, great view. Friendly staff. Convenient to subway, but also easy to walk to many interesting locations such as MoMA, Rockefeller Center, etc.

Food choices in the hotel felt a bit limited; expensive for what you get.

The location is perfect.

Wish that it was informed to us that breakfast was just grab-&-go. We would not have bothered to add breakfast to our reservation. Cleaners kept knocking on our door on check out day from very early in the morning.

El desayuno no es como dicen.. está fuera de servicio el salón donde dan el desayuno, por ende te dan un crédito para cambiar por productos para desayunar. Malísimo!!!

La ubicación y las vistas a TIMES Square, excelente, el personal muy atento a las necesidades de los clientes. Las instalaciones muy buenas y en buen estado de conservación. Ya conocía este hotel de otros viajes, no me defraudó en ningún momento.

todo perfecto, excepto un problema qua había con el agua caliente de la habitación, no funcionaba bien y salía fría. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Everything went smoothly! A nice gentleman took our bags and stored them! We checked in promptly at 3 got our bags quickly and went up to our very comfortable room! Check out was just as easy

Restaurant renovations were taking place so we couldn’t dine in. No concierge to assist with tickets to theatre shows

Location was good. Staff was friendly and accommodative

Hours of the grab n go were awful, especially for the volume of people in the hotel. Vending machine was “out of order” so water was not even an option at times. Guest rooms were hot! The A/C would not go below a certain temp. Rooms were very basic, so the room was way overpriced, even for the location.

Right on time square. Good size bedroom. Two double beds. Central to shops, bars, restaurants. Quick walk to Central Park.

If In bar you had to go to floor 4 for the bathroom, which isn’t good if the lift is busy.
