Room not clean smelly and really small for the price....

No es razonable que dado el precio, tengas que pedir que hagan la habitación y esto no es informado con antelación, eso está en un letrero en el ascensor, que dice que debes avisar a la recepción para que hagan la habitación lo mismos pasa para las toallas. Estuvimos 6 días y aun cuando pedimos que se hicieran la habitación no la hicieron y si dejaron las toallas limpias en una bolsa. Pagamos por dos habitaciones US$ 2.272,99 para 5 personas por 6 noches lo que da +-US$ 190 por noche y ni siquiera hacen la habitación.

Convenience of the coffee machine and the refrigerator. The tv was not working and as soon as I called the desk, within minutes the maintenance man was there to fix it. The service was very good.

Maybe check if the guest prefer decaf coffee or caffeinated coffee. This way, the guest do not need to keep asking for more coffee.

Location was great near FIU very clean pool was nice my only complaint was that when housekeeping removed used room service dishes etc it took days for f&b to collect. I finally went int the restaurant and asked to have the things on my floor picked up. When we returned later that day it had been taken care of
