Very standard hotel, was comfortable. Not a bad stay in wakiki.
The hallway smelt like garbage

The location was good, and the view is pretty. The staff were very nice.
The rooms are extremely dirty. We saw cockroaches and very dirty. Looked like someone hasn’t leaned it in days. The bathtub drain was broken. The bathroom smelled like piss and the towels/bed sheets were stained. Not worth the prices. I’d say pay a little more for a better clean hotel.

I like the place because it is near downtown and also Waikiki Beach where my friends and I can walk everywhere we go so that we can also save more money for transportation

The location was okay, it was in the middle of everything and centric
There is no housekeeping service at all, you have to wait three days before getting housekeeping service, so your in your room with a pile of trash that no one comes and collects along with dirty towels, plus you only get housekeeping every third day.

The location, the room, balcony and view.
The room wasn't really stocked for 4 people, more like for 2.

The location was very central to shops and to beaches in Waikiki and within walking distance of the main street. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great to have a small general store on site for a fairly vast range of groceries, toiletries, alcohol, etc
We visited here in the off-season, and were only able to get a room on the eighth floor would’ve preferred higher for a better view. We booked two rooms that were situated one right next to the elevator which sounded like it was going to come through the walls, I’m a fairly heavy sleeper and this would wake me out of my sleep. The other room was right next to the garbage shute and the air freshener that was constantly going in. The hallways, did not mask the smell. whenever the door was open, it would actually make me dry reach. there was a lot of construction going on from the laundry around to the pool area which wasn’t peeling at all and made it look quite unsafe. The photos of the rooms must’ve been taken awhile ago because the rooms themselves were quite old and dilapidated and the carpet on the floor was very sticky so I wouldn’t take my shoes off.

Could be cleaner, building needs an update of facilities

The breakfast place in the lobby was really great. Really good value for the food and lots of it! The people behind the counter were very accommodating to help substitute food items.
Although it was a million dollar view from the 28th floor, the suite was old and shabby. The kitchen was not well stocked for dishes or for cooking and not as clean as one would want. The shower curtain did not wrap around the entire tub and everything (including the towels and toilet paper) got wet. We learned from that first experience😉 Also, there was a one and a half inch gap from the entrance door to the floor that allowed a lot of hallway sounds to enter our accommodation.

The view from the rooms (25th floor)were amazing , the location and proximity to shops and bus route was good. Having a convenience store on site is a plus. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The Forty Niners eatery on the lobby level is very convenient but does close early 3pm (i think), a good breakfast option.
The cleanliness wasn’t great, the floors could do with a good vacuum bits and pieces found under the bed in one of the rooms. The bathrooms are very small but manageable. No daily housekeeping you have to go down to reception to swap out towels.

Great centralized location. Friendly front desk and parking attendant staff. Older hotel that is currently going through some renovations, but we got a great deal. Great views from our floor and didn't have to use the AC since there was always a cool breeze coming through when we had the living room windows and sliding door in bedroom open. Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance.
The bed could have been more comfortable, but we didn't plan on lounging around in the room for too long.

I liked that the staff was very helpful when you needed something. No questions they were on top of everything that you needed
I didn't like that the first room we were given had roaches. We were moved to a second room that still had roaches the building completely needs fumigated bathroom needed a complete redoing bathtub was not clean. Floors in the bathroom were dirty and I didn't like that Housekeeping would just enter your room while you're in the room instead of knocking on the door. They just open the door and make their way in inappropriate. I understand that there's a no disturbed sign you can put out but still have the courtesy and knock That's invading your privacy if these minor details would be taken care of I would definitely consider staying there again
