They don't take out the trash, they don't change the towels, they don't clean the snow on the sidewalk, the pool was very cold, the door opening cards stopped working

The front desk staff was polite. Linens were clean. Had a desk in the room. HVAC system worked well

I decided to take a trip to this hotel as a Birthday getaway and I was completely disappointed. The place was absolutely disgusting. I booked the hotel because I thought that I would be able to relax and hit the reset button bringing in my new age however the hotel was everything except relaxing. When we arrived at the hotel we discovered that there would not be any continental breakfast as advertised that was the first red flag. Front desk said it stopped due to Covid. Then when we reached the room and I went to run water and clean the hot tub, I noticed what looked like feces in the tub. At that point, I tried to reach out to the front desk, concierge, maid service to see if maybe we could resolve this issue by cleaning the hot tub, assigning me another room however I was unable to reach anyone to assist me. I then tried to clean the tub myself and after spending what felt like hours cleaning I still had no luck with removing the stains. There wasn’t any pool towels at the pool . The hotel was in the middle of no where so there was no restaurants to contact for food delivery service. This place was everything but relaxing and provided the worst birthday experience that I ever had. It’s in the middle of no where and looks abandoned. If I could give zero stars I would.

I like the amenities; the grill area, bar, margaritas were 1A love it , we visited on weekend that was raining a lot so we move from The outside to the main area next to the pool and finished our Bday party inside. The play room for kids they don’t mention that on the website. Is a small room with pimpom table and other machines that works with quarters. When you at the bar your lids can be there having fun too.

The pool water was super cold, they said they are working on it.

I love that it has a pool, it’s a great way to keep the kids occupied and they also have a sauna for adults which is a plus! They also have a bar with pool table and a little section with an air hockey table and some claw machines which is fun as well. I really enjoyed that they had a bunch of grills out on the side of the building for guest to use to bbq which I think is great when traveling with family.

There is nothing that I really didn’t like about the property. It’s a great hotel nice and clean and the staff are available and helpful when needed.
