Everything. Worse customer service ever. I was called over the phone at 12:30am and received the worse customer service on phone. I paid for two rooms and they called me to tell me that if we didn’t arrived by 2:12am I would loose my reservation and if I did come I would have to leave a $100 deposit if not I would not be allowed in even though I had made the full payment already. We got there at 2:05am and there was no one up front, we had to wait over 40 minutes before someone finally came. I would never go back and would never recommend this place

The highway noise sucked! It felt like we were sleeping on I70. The door wouldn't seal, did lock though. No spare blankets or towels. 1 bed was memory foam and 1 bed was sprins

No hot water, last few times staying at the Econo had no hot water. Taking cold shower is not my idea of a good stay but beyond that it so was nice !!

the staff were amazingly friendly
our door didn’t lock/ shut fully, and the only safety feature was a chain lock the room was stuffy and smelled like mold. seemed better than it was online. we turned our keys in and left five minutes after checking in. I had some man outside cat calling me before we went to check in

Courteous and friendly staff. Very clean. Plenty of Trashs cans which is very important when traveling with pets.
Wish there was a microwave in the room. Refrigerator froze my food. Usually the freezers dont work but the whole thing was a freezer! No worries.

A clean room and a comfy bed. Better than other Econo Lodges I have stayed at.
It's typical of this style of motel, but you hear every bit of noise outside because of the big window, which can be a little nerve-wracking.

Mold everywhere in the shower , so poor i wouldn’t take a shower.

No breakfast. I wouldn't have a problem with the rooms being outdated if they actually looked clean. There were stains all over the furniture, and the room smelled strong of a must. The room door was broken. The air conditioner filters weren't clean, so I pulled them out and cleaned them myself, loaded with dust and dirt. The room safe did not close, so a loose screw was wedged into the door to hold it closed. Many little repairs, like the caulking around the bathroom or bathtub were not maintained so it just looked like it was a not well cared for building. It was additionally a motel set up instead of a hotel.

Room was comfortable, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Close to a lot of things that made our stay even better.
Staff was very rude and disrespectful.

There was no breakfast although I had booked with an included breakfast. The option shouldn't even be visible if it will not be offered. The excuse was preposterous.

Double beds, easy to high way and down town
Dirty bathroom/tub. Showered with shoes, toddler did not take a bath, did not trust cleanliness. Loud in parking lot from other guests. Unsure of safety with questionable loitering near by.
