Needed more variety. It was the same stuff everyday, so we started to eat breakfast other places as we could not eat the same thing for 3 weeks straight.

Breakfast needed more variety. There was an electric outlet we couldn't use as it was loose from the wall before we got into the room. House keeping didn't change the bedding every day or make it. Sometimes they didn't come at all. Laundry facilities are a joke. The lint screens in the dryers are a fire hazard. Some of them were screwed into the dryer, while others were torn. Pop machines were empty

The tv didn’t work when we got there had to fix it myself , could of been a few more pillows on the bed

Hot water isn't hot like I want. They don't check on u for any room service Intill my wife got burned by the lamp then he wanted to send someone to the room the next day 3 times to see if we needed anything and you can gear everything through the walls

this property smelled of smoke in the rooms and had flying ants through out the bathroom!! we checked out and still have not received our refund ! horrible

Location was close to where we were traveling to for softball.

Air conditioning needs upgraded, the room never cooled down over the 2 nights we stayed. It was really loud when it kicked on and off. Definitely outdated. The carpet in the room was filthy. I took a shower and walked from the bathroom to the sink and my feet were black. I washed my feet again and wore my shoes the rest of the time any time I walked in the room. People hanging around outside of the hotel wasn’t pleasant either. I was traveling as a female with 2 young teenage daughters and didn’t feel safe when I first got out of my van. There were people standing outside their rooms with their doors wide open, smoking weed and cigarettes. At night our bathroom smelled like weed. I just triple locked the doors and closed the curtains. Was traveling for softball would be nice if there was an ice machine on each floor and not just in the lobby.

I smelt smoke the whole night and other guests close to my room were smoking and outside their room being noisy late at night.

I liked the pillows and the 35% off my pizza order. The decor in the room was nice.

The floors were very dirty by the beds. I did not want to take my shoes or house shoes off. The facet was half broke. The shower didn’t drain while taking a shower so I stood in my water. There were cobwebs. The room had a adjourning door that wouldn’t lock that led to someone else’s room. The main door to our room, the chain was broken. The blankets were outdated and smelled not to mention stained up. The coffee pot was broken. Beds were very uncomfortable. For the price I paid it was fitting. It was an emergency to stay at a hotel because we had a power outage for four days due to a storm. It was an on the whim stay.
