The room had an old smell to it. The beds are hard the carpet was dirty the tub had rust around it and the bottom was cracking had to wash at the sink .didn’t slept at all soon as day broke I left the worst hotel ever

Nothing. I would have liked a refund

My room was dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work and had to switch rooms. There was still trash in the trash can in the room. It looked as if someone threw up in the bathroom sink and no one cleaned it. It smelled like strong odor of cigarettes. Which I have severe asthma. When complaining it was if they didn’t care at all.

I do not think they cleaned the room before giving it to us.

The staff were friendly.

I don't think they cleaned the room. It seemed like they made the bed and that was it. The room was dirty, the tv didn't work, the bathroom and sink hadn't been cleaned.

I did not like nothing about that hotel or stay water leaking from the ceilings dirty bathtubs lights didn't work TVs didn't work carpet dirty hole in the wall mold mildew it doesn't deserve to be on booking.com There's nothing good to say about my stay there plus they didn't return my deposit

The price and location and staff were good

I booked a room with an advertised refrigerator but it took them four different rooms to find one with a refrigerator elevator was shaky carpet and bathroom tile and whatnot was tattered lots of people up until 3:00 a.m. fighting and running around in the halls and in the parking lot

The staff was polite and helpful. Booking was very easy and you can't beat the price.

The showers didn't work right. And I had a huge cockroach chilling right in the middle of the TV screen. Not a good thing but , I see they're remodeling the place..So I am sure things will improve dramatically.

Nothing in this property was acceptable.

It was disappointing as well as disgusting. They need to be shut down and fumigated.

The only thing I liked was the ice machine convenience and that's it.

The fact that there's no breakfast after stating that they provided it. The roach infestation that was inside and outside of my room. The lack of housekeeping for my room when I asked for it. Also the messed up light in the bathroom and as well as the dirty microwave with roaches in it and dirty refrigerator.

Avoid this place.

Location for my work destination, near Huntington Stadium.

If you do not like the smell of cigarette smoke, do not stay here. The smell hits you as soon as you go in the door. I had to wait for several minutes for anyone to help me at the front desk, about 8:30 pm. The room had a pleasant smell when I entered, like it had just been cleaned. When I took my shoes off I knew why. The carpet had been shampooed and was still very damp. Found some small bugs in the bathroom. Extremely low hot water pressure for the shower. And the toilet paper holder was only half there, paper was on the back of the toilet. The worse place I have ever stayed.

Nothing to tell you the truth!

I did not like how the staff were so rude, so unclean we were very umcomfortable even going to the vending machines with all the men hanging out by the machines. Felt so violated. Along with all that I NEVER RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK! MY BANK HAS COMFIRMMED IT.
