good parking for picky and trailer. has a restaurant in building

couple towels had hair and stains on them. ice machine was broken pool was closed on Sunday. and waffle machine wasn’t available during week

I would like to have hot water when I take shower. Both mornings there was no hot water when I took a shower. The room itself including the bathroom was nice and clean, but the general property is in need of repairs.

Hair on the bath towel and hair on the pillow and there was a half eaten peanutbutter and jelly sandwich, it was in the trash but still, made the room feel unclean..told me I was getting the deluxe room there was nothing different than a regular room

Location, dilapidated, disgusting, and disappointing. Stay somewhere else. There are broken doors and furnishings, dirty walls, gross & old carpeting. The complimentary breakfast had stale baked goods, no hot items or fresh fruit. During check-in, I was signed up for Wyndham rewards without my consent because they asked for my email again, despite my booking online! The jacuzzi is not working and that was not advertised through the website. I have a video of the broken door.

Walk in back to room very horrible smell. Furniture was cracked Curtains old look like made for haunted house. Cob webs above curtains and corners of the bathroom and bedroom. CARPET WAS OLD. FIRST TWO ROOM SMELLED AND DINGY. SIT ON OTMAN AND FELL OFF. THE. MANAGER WAS NOT WILLI ING TO REFUND CHANGE TO SUITE INSTEAD TWO ROOMS AND HAD SAME PROBLEMS CANCELLED SECOND NIGHT WENT BACK HOME

Very quite hotel.

The bathtub drainer is very bad, every time took shower the water almost full tub it take very slow to drain..

The room itself was clean, even though it was supposed to be a King bed room and was only a full/double size bed, I like free breakfast is included but I've never had time to try it because I either leave to early or wake up to late and the pool area is incredible but again I haven't had time to use it.

The bed was not the right size for what I booked and the incidental hold went up from $50 to $100 per night from my previous stay and it took almost a month to be returned to my card. The front desk people were no help, they just gave me nothing but excuses and a list of things to do in order to get my money back, this was ALL to much to do considering I am a regular guest at your hotel.

The swimming pools and the location.

The hallways, or exit hallways leading inside are dirty and it smalls. the door/exit “D” is broken and we could t get in. Other people staying there had to put a rock in between the door to keep it open.

We left. Place reeked of cigarette smoke, in BAD disrepair. Pool area unsuitable for swimming. Restaurant/bar not open- no hot tub. No way we were staying here😵
