I booked a disability room that they could not provide, they have whole families living at this property with lots of dogs, they had to switch my room which was smaller due to a leaking toilet, the rooms are old , they had roaches and other bugs I was just flabbergasted!!! I paid ahead for four days so going elsewhere was not an option the whole stay was very uncomfortable, I had no microwave or refrigerator as promised and had to throw food away,never will I stay there again and honestly it should be removed from booking.com

I usually stay in the "Superior King Room" at Red Roof Inns to take advantage of the large working desk. It's a large room with a king bed and a nice strong shower that usually has a "select-setting" showerhead. These things were fairly standard and I enjoyed.

The room was a lot older and run down from the one I normally stop at in Winchester, Virginia. The bathroom door had patches on the bottom like it had been broken and patched up with wood slats or tape or something. Neither the nightstand nor the desk lamp had ANY USB ports to directly charge devices! The Winchester one has them both on the base of the lamp on the desk AND on the nightstand by the bed! Also, I guess I'm a preferred guest from staying there so many times and I had a discounted deposit that I wasn't even aware of, but I was BLOWN out of my shoes when the lady told me there was a $100 refundable deposit!! It DID finally come off a couple of days after checking out-- but I felt very suspicious that the charge came through as a full $200 charge at first rather than the deposit showing as a pending hold for the duration of my stay. Find ANOTHER RED ROOF INN to go to! I WILL NOT be coming back here!

The staff and location

All the cops being called out there almost on a daily basis and guest not cleaning up after their dogs

I like the peace and quiet in the room. The walls are not thin and you can get a good rest here.

I don't like the cops showing up everyday. Sometimes they come in groups for whatever is going on here at this location. They come here too often, though. However, you rarely know they're here when they do show up.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Water pressure was low. Ice machine not functional

location, compared to others nearby, at nighttime I don’t worry about my car being broken into. staff is very nice and helpful. they go above and beyond.

The location was close to the hospital. The bed was fine.

The check in area was a small booth with “bullet proof” glass and a small doored pass through. The dog area was just outside my room.
