Location and views were amazing. The place itself was cute and balcony was very nice. Would love to come back!

The property is well equipped, comfortable and has the best location. The staff was very helpful as well.

The floor plan of the building and parking garage is a little confusing, but you figure it out after a few days 😀

The safe things for kids to do close by. Soccer, corn hole. Room was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helful.

Map was confusing. No info about the area available. I wish the game room/ selfy station opened earlier in the day. Opened when we had plans to do other things. The wee bit of time that the kids could use it they enjoyed.

The room was very nice & clean. The view was nice.

Wish we had known EVERYTHING is closed during this time period. Also it is quite a maze maneuvering from parking area to room to anywhere!

Location was amazing and the Village was beautiful.

1. Sleeper couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever slept on 2. There was no hair dryer in the room, and my Mom was unable to dry her hair before going out 3. I was there with my mom and we found the box for a vibrator in the closet, it upset her quite a bit 4. The hot tub bubbles did not work. 5. I shared all of this feedback upon checkout, and suggested the staff take some action to rectify my unsatisfactory stay. The front desk said they would pass along my feedback but did not even attempt to make it up to me. I have stayed at hostels that cared more about me leaving happy.

The leaf blower waking us up at 7:30 am every morning 😫 Could not get a second parking pass for my son fro Denver,They kept saying they’d have one for me and then I would go to the office and they did not ever give me a second pass. Considering we had a three bedroom apartment and I was told I would have passes this was disappointing and inconvenient.

Everything; upscale appliances, good WIFI, helpful staff- especially Alex whom helped with our luggage, centrally located with easy walk to bus station, gondolas, restaurants.

Unfortunately there were two industrial air conditioning compressors mounted on a flat bed trailer in the parking lot. The din was annoying and, for me, prevented enjoyment of our fourth floor balcony. I suppose we could have asked for a room on the other side of the building - at the loss of our view of the mountains.
