The sealing of the reception was leaking and the receptionist was rude.

The King Suite Room was excellent. The King bed was great! Loved the layout and that it had a door to separate the two rooms. The place was clean and the breakfast buffet was more than most places.

The pullout sheets were dirty, but the staff graciously provided replacement sheets. The pullout bed was a typical thin mattress pad, but it worked fine for our child. Disappointed that other guests had to smoke marijuana right by the front door and in their room. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it.

Nice hotel, clean and professional. Not a luxury hotel but a nice place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location at least for my needs, great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was good. Breakfast and free parking included, which was a plus.

There was a blockage in the washroom sink, which was not taken care and early morning had a hard time to do my routine work and no alternate was considered to avoid the major inconvenience.

All as expected.

Pool was not looking clean, so didn't even tried. Location is far from the center of Detroit

Absolutely nothing!

The desk attendant was very rude, condescending etc ..not very happy with his did-service. As well the hotel smelled like marijuana- so unacceptable!! I The room was not cleaned properly, the mirrors had visual water stains all over. Debris on the floor, the shower curtain smelled sour! I was not happy @ all! I am not going 2 book rooms with Booking.com again. Literally each time I book with you guys what you show on the site is never what is actual and factual in real life. Your pics are not updated and the reviews must be bogus! Another horrible thing is it was freezing in the room when I entered. I literally had 2 turn in the heat, leave the room for a while and re-enter just to be warm!!! Not comfortable @ all!!!!!!
