been staying for 12 years love the place

It was an amazing experience

There wasn't anything to complain about.

the property was nice, parking was a hassle . the room was good, very large room came with everything you need, pillows were good

the toilet and sinks are really low and the bed was not comfortable.

Location was great Cynthia who checked us in was very informative and helpful our concierge was helpful and great we were welcomed when we first entered greeted very well will definitely be coming back.

Lovely area, beautiful buildings. Nice unit with clean and comfortable bedding. Coffee and toiletries supplied.

Stayed in a unit that was below street level entrance. Patio was ground level, with open railing, surrounded by trees, no view. Not comfortable sitting outside. Bathroom fixtures need updating. Difficult to reach dishes, awkward storage location. No tea kettle.

the location was central to most things, it had great pools and activities for the family.

- after we checked in we were trying to get our keys and the staff were extremely rude. One woman kept getting snappy because we didn’t want tickets and denied the time share dinner. - smells like trash everywhere - master bedroom hot - master bathroom had multiple issues : 1. shower door would not close 2.shelf in shower fell off wall and onto me during shower 3. sliding bathroom door wouldn’t close - if you ask for anything be prepared to wait for hours

roomy and clean

hot tub quit working the last couple of days and one of the air conditioners in our unit was not working.

I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, and that my suite included a washer and dryer.

as always, so clean, comfy, feels just like home, staff was very sweet and met everything we needed!! i don’t like staying anywhere else when we go to pigeon forge!

convenient location, easy access to our rooms, well maintained grounds

We signed up to attend a presentation and then our sales person, within hours, wanted to switch our time. There was communication back and forth during our dinner. We were also charged $40 when we were told we wouldn’t be charged. After one phone call, the front office did quickly get the charge resolved.
