PAPER PRODUCTS ARE TOO THIN.

Location was excellent--right on the beach! Best part was the EV charger that made the cost of travel much much less than if we had to pay for all charging, and way less than an ICE vehicle.

Add a 2nd EV charger per building--I was always worried someone would take the EV charger space. As more and more people buy EVs this will become a necessity soon.

Couldnt check in untill 4 pm after i requested an early check in. Then we had to be out by 10. Time in wasnt enough for what we paid

The ability for family to stay together.

Bed was great, but pillow too thick for side sleeper

The room was very good layout. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room dining room kitchen and washer dryer and patio area. Beach towels provided. Heated pool. Lots of activities.

Made a reservation and the hotel claimed we canceled it. Kept us waiting for over an hour before offering us another room at a higher price. We were not beachfront as advertised for our original room reservation. We were in a room far away from beach area. Hotel staff placed blame for reservation mix up on us and took no responsibility.

What stood out most was customer service. The lady who helped me (Rosa Delgado) she is amazing

The property is not actually on the beach. You have to walk a long way, unless you call to get picked up which is great!
