The pool area was nice

The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. The ice maker didn't work-theres no ice machine on any floor either. There was cockroaches in our condo.. ewwww.. Will never waist my money here again!

The pool area and beach access

The rooms needed to be updated, carpets were old and had ripples in them that my grandson kept falling over, lack of staff on site, the whole condo needed to be updated

Room was very spacious. Great views from both balconeys. Good location on the beach not SUPER crowded in front of the condo.

Parking garage was a bit tight slightly harder to maneuver. But still doable. Not great communication regarding the code to get into the pool area or the main entrance in the ground floor. We had to get the code from another guest.

Upon arrival and getting our belongings in room, daughter killed some type of bug near kitchen sink, i couldn't make out what it was because she smashed it. Well the next morning i get up and move something on stovetop and a baby roach runs across stove....DISGUSTING There were roaches in the room we stayed. It's kinda of hard to enjoy your stay when you see baby cockroaches crawling on countertops and stovetop while trying to prepare food for your family. They were crawling on stovetop and my grandbaby notice one on bar/countertop where bar stools are located. I did call to inform them and maintenance arrived with home defense spray to spray areas, but next day we saw more...which do understand that's not going to eliminate the problem. I was told there is monthly pest service which I don't doubt there is. Then they want to offer me $250, which to me is a slap in the face when you considered what I paid for a 4 day stay...Do NOT stay here, Room 1210.

Location.

Access to room. The code sent to me did not work. Called the phone number given and then waited on hold for 20 - 30 minutes to get a human. Explained the problem and was ask if I was sure. I had other members of my party try before I called. Was given a second code, which did not work either. After a pause I was told they would try to find another code. After some delay I was given a third code, which did work. If you are not going to have a human present, then you need to do a better job giving and setting the codes. Second, I have a granddaughter that crawls most of the time, due to a medical condition. Within the first few minutes of putting her down in the room; her hands, knees and the top of her feet/shoes were black. Other members of the party found that the bottom of their feet were black if they went without shoes in the room. Third, there needs to be someone to monitor the activities of the guests. 1. More than once there were dogs in the pool area. Not just passing through. 2. More than once guests were using the pool as a football practice field, I call it practice because they were hitting/splashing other guests using the pool. 3. I understand people use the pool for water games, but clearing the water from the pool, by the bucketful to get people on the sideline wet, is not an acceptable game for other guests. 4. Not everybody has the same taste in music, so to turn on your music at full blast and then walk away from the area is not good. 5. The decking/railing on the ramp to the beach area needs to be done in something other than black. Black and the sun heat up very quickly and burn the skin.

It was like stepping into a home. Nice furniture, clean, plenty of space. Much better than a hotel room.

I had asked for close rooms. Ours were two floors apart. It was time consuming going back and forth, but we managed.

I loved the view and how close it was to the beach. Absolutely gorgeous view.

There were no public restroom anywhere on the facility. If you use the pool and have to use the restroom, you have to go all the way back to your room. This is horrible and made me completely grossed out because I am sure that all of the children were peeing in the pool. The room doesn't include any oven mitts, or absolutely any cookware that can go in an oven. Don't provide an oven, without mitts or pans! Also the floors in our place were so dirty. It made the bottom of our feet black. Gross.

Garbage disposal, and dishwasher where none working.

Only two chairs on the balcony. We were a family of 8 to 10. Furniture outdated, old drab, looking on the inside kitchen was not furnished enough.

i pretty much like the environment.

I noticed a lot of covert tracking and surveillance from the local authorities as well as some of the staff. I understand the need to provide a safe and secure environment, but at the same time it was predatory and stereotypical as well as borderline stalking. No need to be afraid of a well paying customer who wants to just enjoy a getaway.

Everything. The condo was spacious enough for all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids), it was well-furnished and very clean. The pools were well-kept, the common areas were welcoming, and the staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly. We will definitely stay again!

We liked that it was close to the beach. Loved being close to a lot of restaurants too.

The chairs are dirty. Floors and chairs were damp and black. We found bugs on one of the beds! Disgusting, not worth the price we paid.

It was a great location! And the room was clean and roomy.

The only bad thing is we never got clean towels and we never had anyone come in and clean up. We had a washer and dryer luckily and was able to have brown ones. And we also brought trash bags so we were able to take out the trash.
