The location. Its near the park wildlife recreation and 10 minutes away from the river.

Beautiful spacious handicapped room. Beds were comfortable and the main room was clean.

The bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. Dark yellow pee on the back of the toilet seat and only half a roll of toilet paper hanging.

we checked into two rooms. one of our rooms the toilet handle was broken. we informed front desk. they sent maintenance up right away. unfortunately after the maintenance left the toilet started leaking. so we had to move rooms. in our new room there was a used wash rag left on top of the shower rod. the tv wouldn’t consistently work. we kept getting an HDMI cord error. lastly. when we checked out one of our room prices was much higher than the other. when booking the 2nd room over the phone i was never made aware for the price difference. in fact. when we called the week of our trip to confirm the price we we told a total different price.

I have family that lives in Carlsbad. I wanted a hotel near their home. I have stayed in other hotels in Carlsbad prior and I will from now on always stay here. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is AMAZING. I loveeeee your pancake maker!!! It's about time that Carlsbad has a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was hot & different things to choose thank you.. The coffee wasn't ready that & pancakes.

The pool & hot tub was weird color had a different smell not chlorine.
