The bathroom could use some updating. Plenty of wear showing although functional.

Appreciated the shuttle service to and from train depot. The driver was supper friendly. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly too.

Breakfast was not included.
I felt breakfast of some kind should be included especially with the price of a suite. Room was nosy by pool. When went to shower there was a dirty wash cloth there. Cleaning not efficient. Would not stay again.

Downtown location was okay.
hard to park. not easy to find elevators. pool closes at 10pm with a security guard on duty. couldn’t open our hotel window to let fresh air in. room was stale and muggy after first night.

The water in the bath/shower was lukewarm. The pool/hot tub was so over crowded that we were unable to use the hot tub at all. We should have stayed somewhere else.

Need it posted that you can't get to the lobby with a truck. Low clearance yet un helpfull for other parking .
