I selected this hotel for my daughter and son, because the great location, the safety of my love ones and the convenance of retailers in the area. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond of making sure everything was exactly right for my family. Would highly recommend this hotel others. Friendly and welcoming staff, large, comfortable room, motorized window shade (kept room private and dark), great lighting behind headboards, great long bench for luggage, nice size refrigerator, built-in shelves in bathroom, lots of counter space, built-in dispensers of Dove products on sink and in shower.
Other guests speaking loudly in hallway and rooms, other guests' playing loud music and running in hallway, doors slamming shut after 10 pm.

I was very frustrated when my room keys deactivated 3 times always at night and no apology to my obvious frustration. All other staff were great!

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel was pleasantly surprising. The rooms were large and the bed was really comfy. The front desk + cleaning staff were always friendly.
Only complaint: the in-room coffee was not the best.
