Only one working elevator and waited 10-15 minutes to get on one. Then when one would finally come, the workers and their carts were getting in from the other direction and had to wait for another one

Great selection, and I would like to see options for dairy free milks. The oatmeal was delicious and appreciate it, as vegan diet was a great option. Fruits were also a great options.

front desk was exceptional
pool location was somewhat noisy. Not as private as other hotels. Several times the receptionist was doing double duty, checking in guests, replenishing hot water and coffee.

The place was immaculate. Everyone we interacted with was super nice, warm, welcoming and helpful. The beds were so comfy. And the breakfast was great!!
the free wifi was pretty crummy. Slow and kept kicking us off.
