I got away and left an item in the closest. The cleaning staff turned it in to the front desk, they called me and I came back by and retrieved the item.

No continental breakfast and had some things wrong like not enough forks and no wash clothes…plus everything was to high for myself and my kids. so it wasn’t very convenient.

I paid $220 for one night at a no-frills, bare-bones dump. Free coffee, a bowl of tiny apples and black bananas was only food there. A disgusting, derelict chair was in our room. The toilet handle broke off when we flushed the toilet. Not even a shower curtain for the shower. No pool. No pórtico for the entrance. Insufficient parking. Scary location. Prayed there were no bed bugs🙏. Had to pay for the room when I secured it on-line and it was non-refundable is main reason we didn’t turn around and leave once we saw it. SO disappointing for the price 😭

didn't try the breakfast, coffee was just ok... bed was way too soft for me, but perfect for my wife! Facilities were clean and neat, the staff friendly. I would recommend this place to friends traveling through Austin....

Breakfast was not there. Had to purchase cereal, yogurt, cheese, etc on top of the overpriced room.

Poor quality, no breakfast, high price for a nights stay.

Kitchen was nice

Rotting, old, dilapidated furniture inside my room, old smelly carpet, the washing machines in the laundry room were absolutely filthy, caked with old hair and gummy stuff, the odor throughout the hotel and especially inside my room, smelled like mold, body odor, and chemicals. Room not cleaned at all. Definitely not worth the price. Or my health.

Room needs to renovated. Room sitting chair had cracks and should go in the dumpster. Elevator not working this morning. Front desk unoccupied this morning with I was lea. Back door entrance did not work with room key last night. Check in chaos yesterday afternoon.

Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The construction in front is inconvenient. But workable.
