Hot breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Coffee not ideal for our tastes, which means dark roast even in the morning. The man running the breakfast bar was extremely polite and very helpful. When some of the maple syrup ran off the waffle plate, he was very discrete in cleaning it up without in any ey embarrassing us.

Great experience, I was treated very well, the receptionists provided excellent service, the room cleaning staff were impeccable every day, the breakfast was 10/10! I want to thank all the team who were part of my excellent stay, I intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it. cleanliness, good beds, very good shower, minibar

Laundry room for guests what out of service,
Left elevators from reception were unsafe as you walked on to . It keeps dropping once the door is closed, and once you reach your floor it keep dropping as well before you got out.
The two nite we stayed thier we had to ring down to front desk to complain ,as thier was a group of students running up and down the corridor at 23:00 front desk said quite time in hotel waz after 23:00 which I find had to believe.
The room did not have a fridge or microwave in it as well

The shower was lukewarm at best — a real deal breaker for me. The customer service was also less than helpful.

the water did not get hot enough and the tv did not work. The room phone was not connected to the front. When I called the front from my phone the desk told me to Waite and the tv would kick in. it never did the entire stay.

Bugs in the room- had to kill multiple bugs crawling in the ceiling. There were smears and marks on the wall of what appeared to be dead bugs too.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay.
Very upset that the TV wasn't working properly and no one answered at the front desk! I have bad hearing and could not change the volume on the TV. When I called the front desk, no one answered the first time. The second time, I was put on hold and no one answered. I then went down to the desk. (At 11:30 at night) Kenrick, who was working the front desk, was sitting right next to the phone that I had just called, playing on HIS phone, instead of doing his job. Claimed that the phone didn't ring. (Lie)
He then replaced the batteries in the remote. Even though I told him that I can change the channels..So it's NOT the batteries. Needless to say, this did not fix the issue. I could not hear the TV. Kenrick said that he would try and find a repairman to fix our TV. By that point it was almost midnight. I was exhausted and didn't want to wait around for a repairman. I then tried to shut off the TV and I couldn't even do that!! I am familiar with a fire stick. I use the same one at home! I ended up throwing a bathroom towel over it to try and get some sleep. NOT HAPPY!!!
