Location
No closet or chest of drawers and only 1 luggage rack so my suitcase stayed on the floor. No decaf coffee is inexcusable for breakfast. Even decaf coffee using pods would have been acceptable.

Complimentary treats all throughout the day! Lots of fun accessories in hotel room to use. Bicycles also available for use to ride around town. Super dog-friendly too. All around great! Will stay again.

Breakfast was wonderful! The best part of the stay, however, was the staff. They were all so friendly, professional, and plain fun!
The only thing I didn't like was the music outside. The sound of it came into our room while I was reading and trying to relax and I couldn't with the music :( It was distracting and not the music I wanted to hear while on vacation. I would nix it and just play it in the breakfast area.

water from New Zealand?! why? cosmetics from France? you have beautiful local amenities within reach, why go for big names?
our room wasn’t set up for the kids when we arrived, and breakfast was a bit poor… ran out of pastries and bread 2.5 hours before allocated time ended!

Lovely staff, great location, very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed evenings around the fire pit or in the lounge.
Not well sound-insulated between floors - suspect those upstairs have no idea how much those below can hear! Oddly, though, very little noise travelled between rooms next to each other. Luckily, most guests during our stay were conscious of not being too loud.
Very little storage space, could do with bedside tables with drawers and/or a dresser under the TV.

Beautiful room - loved happy hour with wine and cheese
The breakfast was nice but could have been better. Jam and butter etc with the croissant. Ordinary milk for tea (as opposed to Almond milk)

The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the option for daily delivery of continental breakfast. The menu offerings were very good. The location was walking distance to everything in town, yet the hotel tucked away in a quiet area which was very lovely. Thank you!
Parking was tough. I would like to suggest having a dedicated parking waiting area during check in and check out to assist with loading and unloading luggage from the car.

Innkeeper was exceptional, happy hour fantastic, lovely room, cute breakfast box, tea, coffee and water throughout the day and a great location.
Parking is hit and miss. We weren't far away (and it was free!!) but had to drag suitcases up a big hill.
