The staff wasn't overly friendly but very business like and very polite. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

It is difficult to find.

Troy is a great general manager. Very friendly and accommodating. Even gave us directions to all the good places to get dinner as well as the subway.

Didn't like location due to distance from Key Bank Arena. Had to walk with my 62 year old fiance at 1:30 in the morning because we were told that the subway would be available after the show. However that was incorrect. We are not up to date with the times and don't know how to use Uber or Lyft. Got back to the hotel in hopes to get a couple bottles of water but were told that there's vending machines on the 2nd floor. Overnight desk clerk was young and definitely not properly trained in customer service. Troy the manager upon check in offered us unlimited bottles of complimentary bottles of water. After paying what we did for a nights stay, you'd think we could get 2 bottles of water. The next morning I spoke with Dawn at the front desk and was told that the young man whom was sitting next to her probably didn't have access to the bottled water. Really???? I find that hard to believe. Complimentary water should be available at all hours of the day and have been with previous hotel stays I've had

Parking could be better but was not terrible. They are probably too landlocked to make changes.

The breakfest is really good and the location is nice. 20min Walk from the bar exam site.

The location was convenient. The hotel was very quiet and clean. We loved the elevator! Staff was super kind and the breakfast was delicious. The only reason it was 9 out of 10 is because the only ice machine was down.
