the smoke detector was gone, There was none. the room had holes in walls, the bathroom was not clean. The furniture "lamps" didn't not work, and some outlets did not work barely was able to charge my phone.. the plug ins didn't work.

it's was close to where I wanted to be. but MSN had I known I would have stayed somewhere else it was not what anticipated.. and there was no complimentary breakfast as stated when I booked.. very upsetting, the pool not usable, hot tub not usable. dirty closed .

The only good thing about the property was good A/C although it smelled musty and the location of the property.

The locks on the doors were loose and didn’t deadbolt due to misalignment, parts of the doorframe were missing from where someone had kicked the door in, hair, dust, grime, and dirty handprints all over the room, chipped and scratched pieces of furniture, the WiFi password provided didn’t work, no towels, and they don’t have a front desk number. It really looked like staff only changed the sheets and called it a day. I personally didn’t feel safe going to bed knowing anyone could push hard enough on the door and walk right in due to the locks and frames not lining up and being half broken. Luckily, I had my dirty, cat scratched, duct taped chair to prop against the door for peace of mind. WAY overpriced for something that looks like a crack house.

Everything. The room was dirty upon arrival. Towels were wet and with makeup, and trash can was filled with garbage from previous people. There was no soap bars

It sucked, busted furniture, Stains on all the furniture, No smoke detector, busted window, Wood flooring was all torn up. One chair looked like a cat had scratch it all over and looked like it came from the dump. WIFI did not work, no breakfast as advertised. Stains on the flooring. could not get extra clean towels due to bust washing machine.

The location is convenient.

Our room was unfit and unsafe to occupy for these reasons: neither lock to our room worked, allowing occupants from outside and adjoining room to enter at will (front desk response, "Sorry you don't feel safe"), fire alarm missing with wires hanging out of wall, tv didn't work, no breakfast as advertised, one towel, smells like smoke, furniture is old and very dirty, air conditioner is extremely loud and comes on every five minutes, and way overpriced (price gouging bc of events in the area-insane!).

EVERYTHING! The room that was originally assigned to me was already given to another customer before my arrival. 1st rm given nothing working & foul spell. 2nd room clean but toilet not working, 3rd rm family spitted into 2 room bc it also had a slightly old stall smell Pool wasn't working. It advertised free breakfast but there was No Breakfast No Pool

The shuttle was good as the motel is somewhat out of the way and difficult to get to otherwise.

Walked into the reception and a customer was arguing with the guy at the counter about his "disgusting room" Maybe he was just one of those complainers? No ,we got to our room and first thing we noticed was stains all over the bedding/couch,and everything felt "sticky" The place was advertised with a laundry and computer/conference room..Neither was available. The ice machine wasn't working. The "advertised breakfast " is also non existent with a sign on the door saying its "not available" The door frame in the room had a huge gap that enabled us to hear the contrast (highway)road noise throughout the night,and because you're not sleeping you hear the arguments of the "residents" that have zero respect for other guests. My advice is,..stay elsewhere as this place is cheap...but real nasty.

No free breakfast like what was posted. Every vending machine was empty. Other than the night gal, staff I spoke to didn't seem to care.
