It was very clean.

Very clean, great location, the sweet lady doing the breakfast made our day start wonderful.

My bathroom shower was Dirty. There was Hair everywhere through out the room

Hotel was in great location to where we needed to go while we stayed in town. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room was clean overall but was found an open pop in the refrigerator and had no towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, the meat changed day to day. Which was great however one day it was a frozen chicken patty. Which I'm sure some like just not what I expected nor like.

The breakfast could have been much better for the price! Wasn’t much to choose from and it didn’t taste the greatest.

The location was decent and the pool was nice.

The man at the front desk was not vary nice nor was he helpful. The room was not supplied properly with towels or the coffee cups for the coffee maker.

Check in was okay and the room was nice and comfortable.

The microwave did not work. The morning of check out there was no hot water. There was no one at the desk at check out with and he/she could not be found. I believe it was a tactic to get out of answering questions and I believe that everyone should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. We liked the area but will probably find other accommodations when we return.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. My grandchildren loved the pool

The breakfast could have been a little better, the hot food was cold and it is small space and trays would have been nice to carry your food and drinks

It was one if the worst experiences. The doors didn't reach the floor so I had to put my bags in front of the door so people couldn't come in. I saw all the rooms were like that. I even took a picture. I asked the front desk and the guy didn't care. I will never stay again and have told everyone I know. Pictures were taken.

Location was good, bed was comfortable.

Staff were not very friendly and appeared to be bothered when asked questions and didn’t apologize for sending me to a dirty room.

they have cheaped out of EVERYTHING. 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, business section closed, workout room closed, and clean room only after 3 days. yikes. also entering the parking lot is a nightmare. right next to off ramp of express way.

The daytime manager at the desk was very rude. We have a service dog a little small Chihuahua and we told them when we booked it and they charged us $25 per day for the service dog which we’re not supposed to be charge for a service dog it’s not a support dog it’s a service dog so they charge me $25 each day. I was there for the service tall I’ll never go back to that place again.

the breakfast was disappointing now we didn’t expect a lot so that’s saying something now matter how much spray you put the waffle iron the batter stuck, they were out of milk, out of yogurt, out of cream cheese for the bagels and then repeatedly blamed the “previous staff for it and said and now we have to deal with the backlash”. Someone on our floor was smoking pot and the entire hallway smelled like it but the staff did nothing about it.
