Nice Niagara Falls Hotel

I liked everything about this hotel and it is very closest to the Niagara Falls parks and other sight seeing areas and nearby lot of eatery places are also available. They do have a complimentary coffee machine in the ground floor and free home made cookies were excellent.

Unbelievably ridiculous experience: A door left unlocked and price gouging before the eclise

The cleaning staff left my door unlocked and open. I don't know how long it had been open while I was out for 9 hours. It was only a miracle that nothing seemed to have been stolen. I was absolutely furious, especially since it was the day before the total solar eclipse and they had increased the price by more than $1000/night.

A decent place

I liked that it was walking distance from Niagra Falls.

The elevator smelled like pesticides, but I guess it's better than seeing bugs. I stayed on the 4th floor, which had a bad smell. The bathroom shower dripped Alll day & night. Which was very annoying at night.

Me gusto todo wn realidad la limpieza en todo en el cuarto el baño los pasillos la pisina el lobby muy limpio todo y el alevador estaba muy limpio. Tambien

no breakfast , staff does not have manners, no tea coffee at room

there are nothing to be like except for the location.

Good for the price and last minute booking

Lock to the joining room was broken. But I'm a guy traveling so I didn't make it much of a big deal.

Location was walkable to the falls

Money did not match the hotel facilities and staff and deliverables. Only feel they are pricey just close by or say walking distance for the scenic point

location is in very close proximity to the falls

Elevators were only 2 in the whole building, causing a lot of delay for the people to wait in que for their turns.

Location was good.

Thought it was overpriced for an old must hotel. The bedroom sheets had stains. The room looked old and dingy. We were not offered a complementary breakfast. The window view was of an adjacent building, which was kind of creepy. We were charged for to park in the hotel parking lot, we were staying in. That was new for me.

The best location ever in Niagara , your head on the billows and your feet in the falls, very close to falls

Very good

The staff are friendly and hekpfull. The only thing make me upset the break fast that was not includ to my family . This some thing me really uoset.
