Having stayed here before I knew what to expect. After a little hiccup with some milk at breakfast, which was soon sorted out by the staff, breakfast was fine.

The had construction so I had to go to Hilton hotel to get the airport shuttle. Just wish it would have been communicated to me earlier.

I like that it is 10 mins away from the Phoenix aSky Harbor airport. I booked 1 room with 2 queen sized beds. When we got there, check-in was fast and easy. They give you options what floor do you want to stay. We picked first so luggages won’t be a hassle. The room and bathrooms were perfectly clean.
Plus points because the inn was evidently PWD-friendly. Beside the bathroom tub, it has a handle so you can hold on to it.
They have 24 hr swimming pool and I also saw their mini gym being thoroughly cleaned by the staff. They have free and unlimited ice. Perfect to beat the awful heat in Phoenix.
They also sell mini snacks and drinks. All staff were hardworking and approachable. They charge your credit card with extra $20 more or less for incident fee but they will return it if you did not damage of steal any of their things once you checked out.
Air conditioner was quite noisy when you try to sleep. Bathroom tub handle is quite hard to turn.

The breakfast was actually decent for a hotel and the area was clean industrial district and quiet. Felt very safe for sure.
The room was not very clean, lots of stains on floor , the A/C unit was loud i mean loud and smelled bad , the pool was freezing when comments from the hotel advised it was heated, the jacuzzi had so much chlorine it burned our eyes and skin.

It was in a quiet location and close to the airport. There were also a few restaurants nearby. So if you're catching an early morning flight , then it's a convenient place to stay for a night
