Great location in an upscale suburban area with walking paths through prairie preserves and around a large scenic lake. Very quiet and safe area, and a walk or short drive from many shops and restaurants. Lots of car parking spaces. Hotel was attractive and very clean. Rooms were modern, well-furnished and spacious and my bed was very comfortable. Daily room keeping was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and obliging and greeted me daily over my 10-day stay. Breakfast was buffet style with freshly made hot and cold choices, lots of drink choices, with the staff continually replenishing the food stations and cleaning up. Best value for money.

Moderately priced and located where we wanted to be. The breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of options including fresh fruit!

The staff is kind and friendly. The breakfast served a lot of fresh food. I loved the decor in the room and it gave me a few decorating ideas for home.

The room was exactly what was pictured. The refrigerator kept things cold, which is more than be said for many in room refrigerators at hotels.

I booked a queen bed but we got a double. I booked a handicap room but it included a tub. Lots of grab bars but still a step over. I didn't plan on taking a shower. Also there was only one grab bar for the toilet. unless you count the one behind it which you have to be double jointed to help yourself with. No ice maker anywhere on property except in you room's refrigerator's freezer. They claimed because of COVID. Really, you put a bucket under the chute and press a button. How is that a problem?

Location

The staff was rude. The room was dirty. One of the bathrooms the Ceiling was leaking water when told the staff didn't even care. The main door lock was broken, when told they told us it wasent a big deal. The furniture is old and dirty hasent been cleaned in years.

Good breakfast, clean and just what I needed. The kitchenette was nice as well- had the very basics of what was needed.
