todo pésimo, tuve muchos problemas, si hubiesen tenido un poco de iniciativa los toleraria

Llegue muy tarde, la habitación no tenía agua caliente, despues de discutir me ofrecieron otra (querían cobrarme otro precio a pesar de que era un problema de ellos), en la siguiente habitación no funcionaba la calefacción ni la TV, me ofrecieron una habitación en el tercer piso pero no funcionaba el ascensor... como iba a quedarme unas horas y tenía equipaje preferí sufrir un poco de frio y no trasladarme, muy mala voluntad para solucionar los inconvenientes, tuve que reclamar, a pesar de mi paciencia

Racial profiling and discrimination.

Smoking all around the building especially at each entrance. It’s disgusting that even non smokers had to pass through that area always filled with smoke to enter the hotel.

Nothing special on this hotel. Just a place to sleep.

I book this hotel because of my budget. The room is dirty and they even not clean the room during staying there for 3 nights. Bathroom broken fixtures and wiggly bathtub. You will hear noise from the other room which make the night uncomfortable.

Last time we stayed there, there was no hot water. For our recent stay out a/c was not working.

Location, Price

Should have coffee in the reception area, as a minimum necessity.

They took my $100 dollars deposit and then told me I smoked in the room. And we are not smokers smh they didn’t even call or show evidence. So imma sue them
