Stupendous and pleasant!

The ambience, cleanliness, and location! It was a beautiful place and very accommodating. Peaceful and provided updated facilities and equipment to make this stay enjoyable. I loved the a la carte menu selections!

Clean and great place to stay for families!

The breakfast was average and the food was bland. However the amenities were awesome. This hotel had an attached Starbucks. The food location on our floor was convenient and great to have with my kids. The hotel and my room was clean as well. My children enjoyed the pool as well!

Great staff-room that missed the mark bigtime.

Staff was courteous and very helpful and accommodating.

The very minimal remodel. The fresh paint is still on an old building. The brass elevator looks like it’s scared of brasso. My room was asymmetrical-you could see in the angled not straight tiles and flooring that it was done quick and speed and cheap was valued over a little extra labor. The old non-smooth walls are also very indicative of how old the place is and how cheap the renovation was.

Dated, with loose fixtures (towel racks, faucet, door handles). Had to pay for parking (nickel and diming).

Wonderful, and relaxing

As soon as we walked in to your hotel, the lady at the desk greeted my husband and myself very graciously. The room was above and beyond my expectation. We had breakfast the next morning and the waitress Lauren absolutely loved her. We plan on coming back there for a few days. We are in the process of looking for rentals. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Great stay

Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Restaurant was reasonably priced.

Seen somewhere that the pool was closed. Didn’t really bother us since we didn’t really have time to use it anyway.

For $500 for two nights, absolutely atrocious.

Over the months I’ve been staying at this location, the property has grown noticeably dirtier and the physical upkeep has deteriorated.

Low water pressure, insufficient hot water, loose fixtures, sagging mattress, malfunctioning fire alarm, sticky room floor.

Very disappointed during my second stay here, will not be back.

The rooms/bathrooms were not the cleanest nor attractive to look at. I felt uncomfortable staying there. I’ve visited before back in 2020, and recommended coming back due to the enjoyment of my first stay, unfortunately this time around, I was extremely disappointed. Bugs coming out of AC units, bathrooms look different in each room, dirt marks/stains on walls/doors. Hallway carpets very dirty. Etc. Management offered me a different room that looked worse than the one I was currently staying in.

I fell in the shower! Shower floor is too slippery. I told the receptionist when l checked out because someone can get really hurt.
