Location was perfect!! We frequent our stay here when in Austin because of the location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are always clean and because we stay numerous days, they put us out of the way of high traffic hallways and away from elevator.

There isn't anything we don't like about this facility. It's near a McDonalds and not far from a Starbucks and HEB.

Location and breakfast better than expected

First room had awful musty smell. Got moved and second room much better. Both bathrooms at this hotel had weird paint stains on bathtubs. Bathrooms not great.

They also had a good hot breakfast, and a hot tub. Which the children and I used every day.

I didn't like the way booking.com did my reservations, they'cancelled my first reservations and changed me a cancellation fee of $229.00 and when I made the same reservation at the same Property they went up on the cost of my rooms!

Rooms were spacious

The food at breakfest was very good.

There was no phone, radio didn't work, no hair dryer, no tv channel card.

I like the location. I did like the tea.

I didn’t like the service, know one changed our sheets, know one changed our trashed. They didn’t even clean the room and when I asked if could I get extra stuff to fix our room the guy at the desk gave me the wrong items. We asks for simple things and couldn’t get them. It was the worse IHG hotel and I was shocked because other locations are great. I paid 395. For two nights and it was not worth it , in wish I could get some of my money back!!!!!!!!
