we used this hotel as a “bridal suite” last weekend. the whole 9 yards! we did hair and make up for 7 girls. Carmen helped us with a later check out so we would be able to get everything done before the wedding! both workers were very nice and accommodating. we had our bouquet delivered to the hotel before we got there and josh was so helpful to hold them for us before we arrived.

It is in a quiet area with easy access to Winter Park and the highway/turnpike system. The staff was absolutely great and responsive as well as friendly.

The first room had a broken a/c as well as some sort of liquid mess my husband stepped in. It was gross. The second room had a pipe that leaked through the wall onto the floor. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Convenience, breakfast was good; The room was clean and comfortable.

We could hear doors slamming and kids running above us. We were next to the parking lot and a few doors down from an outside door -- we could hear lots of banging at strange times during the night.

I liked the breakfast, actually; they had a good variety. out of most items by 9am though (it’s from 630-930). could make red velvet waffles. yum. anyway the wifi was out and they were very nice about it, the rooms are super spacious & the hot water lasts awhile.

the floor we were on (top floor) smelled like weed. other floors didn’t seem to have that issue. first night was cigarettes and weed from room below us, but then the whole floor smelled like it the remainder of stay. just to note when traveling w kids, to perhaps stay on 1st or 2nd floor.

They didn't give us house keeping service, no bed service, no towels, no soap, no shampoo, because they say that they don't give that service for only three nights stay...... crazy answer ..... And during our whole three days stay we could never get WIFI service ......

Arrived on time of check in.Room wasn’t ready and arrived late to my scheduled events because of it.And through all of this the front desk staff were rude and seemed not to know what they were doing.I will never go again nor recommend this place to no one.
