Breakfast was really good an had plenty of options. I like that it was set up into stations. One for cereals one with hot breakfast foods. An muffin an danish station an coffee station.

Pool was very small, and no hot tub. When we went to pool it was 930p. And there were still families in the water with small children who were screaming and crying. We went on vacation to get away from our kids so we were disappointed/ irritated when we go to relax and cant. Should be adult swim only after 830pm.

We thought the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices to choose from. More than I expected. The room was nice and clean. All employees were very pleasant and helpful.
My only complaint and it was a big thing for me. As much as the breakfast was so inviting, unfortunately when I saw the woman who was manning the breakfast push the rubbish in the rubbish barrel down with her gloved hands and then proceed to restock the coffee cups and lids with the same gloved hands that just touched the rubbish, just turned me right off. I went down the next day and I have to say I just observed the two women working. Nice as can be. But, they need to have some training on food safety. Cross contamination etc. etc. You stress your cleanliness. That needs to extend to the food also. It put a damper on a really nice hotel stay.

I came for a wedding weekend to Rutland. The hotel has a super friendly staff.
The lady in the dining room, can't remember her name, I think it may have been Karin, was exceptional. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs.
Enjoyed my stay and have no regrets for booking this hotel.

it was best option in a small city with terrible options for hotels. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast helps swallow the expensive rate.
It has an unpleasant odor as you enter. The location is not attractive. The heating system noise goes off and on all night long.

The staff were excellent and friendly and were able to accommodate our early arrival. The facilities are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Difficult to find location. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Did not tell us vending not available at room level or ice machine not working. Did not ask how our stay was at exiting or offer breakfast on checkout. Unable to sleep due to noise from adjoining room which lasted from 3AM. Also di not tell us dogs were on the same floor and they started barking with movement on the floor.

There was great choices for breakfast food, good coffee. Tables were always clean even on a busy Saturday morning.
The pool area was clean, there was someone in cleaning up around the pool, picking up used towels straightening the chairs. With the extreme heat and humidity it was very comfortable in the rooms.
Just wished there was someone coming in the room during the day checking on the towels and trash. We were there 3 nights and had a pile of wet towels in a corner of the bathroom.
