Everything at hotel was great.

When I reserved was told that all fees were due when I checked in which I thought could be paid in cash and it wasn't until we got there that found out that she had to put it all on the card and I got that room primarily because it has a pool and lounge area however during booking of the reservation it said nothing about the pool area was closed that day so that was a little upsetting cuz I could have paid half of that for a hotel closer that's not fair on my part

Nice and clean rooms, but I was most impressed by the included breakfast. We aren’t typically fans and end up getting something else, b it it worked for us today!

Close to where we needed to be. Clean room, we reserved the king suite.

We stayed in the room directly next to the staff office door. During the night, you can hear the door opening and shutting. Aside from that, It was fine until the power in our room went out around 10:30, which included both tvs, all the lights aside from the bathroom, the outlets, even the phone. The associate upfront said nothing could really be done as maintenance didn’t arrive until the morning. The end result was me tossing and turning because I couldn’t use the alarm clock or get a wake up call and also charge my phone to use as an alarm clock.

Location was ideal and so convenient. Rooms were large, nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

. Pool was nice but hard to find a towel, so we need to walk to the room wet. other than that, it was nice.

Clean.

No one was a the front desk during the night. Went down and no one was there.
