ハイウェイからすぐで便利だった。また３M本社に近くて　とてもよいロケーションでした。

KIOSKにカップ麺を置いてください。部屋のコーヒーを補充してほしかった。

It was very nice.

The staff was great, very friendly. Really nice hotel.

Last night there was a wedding party and adults and children were running up and down the halls till way past midnight. There was people drinking in front of the hotel as well as smoking weed. There was alcohol spilled in the lobby and elevator. The staff as friendly as can be didn’t seem to have a good handle on the situation. I’m sure the party brought them a lot of money but it would have been nice to consider other guests in the hotel.

That’s the worst hotel don’t give housekeeping service they tell us clean by your self very bad costmer so

Hotel is very nice, the employees are top notch. The facilty was clean and rooms were comfy. Will continue to stay at this hotel!

pool was closed restaurant only served appetizers elevators were very slow no ice machine on 5th floor

Noise levels were really high in the room from other guests closing doors, etc

The front desk lady was awesome and sweet. She was respectful. The rooms were very clean and nice. Bed comfortable.

I didn't like that the room across from our room was so noisy. The adults were having a private birthday party in there with guests that were NOT STAYING at the hotel. It was like sleeping across from a bar. The people across the room was yelling, screaming, making loud noises for 3 hours from 9pm-midnight. Requested security to tell them to keep it down but that didn't work. Need better protocol to handle something like this matter so it's not disruptive for other guests staying at the hotel.
